We have several ways for you to reach us for assistance.
Please make sure to give us your name, email, phone number and what help you are in need of, please be detailed.

  • You can reach us via our Facebook page.
  • You can chat with us live through our website. In the right hand corner of your PC or phone screen you will see a green box that says chat now. Click on it and begin chatting with our knowledgable Traxstech Team. This is available Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern. After hours you can still use it and leave us a offline message and we will get back to you ASAP.
  • You can call for support over the phone, 989-845-5969. This is available Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern. After hours you can leave us a voice mail message and we will get back to you ASAP.
